2015 Ahwatukee Foothills Soccer Fest
DATES October 23rd, 24th and 25th, 2015
FEES

$575 for U15 and up
$550 for U12/U13/U14
$500 for U11-eight a side
$275 for U9/10 - 6V6 including goalkeeper
$250 for U7/8 - 4V4, no goalkeeper

Credit card payments will have a 2.5% processing fee added at the time of processing.
APPLICATION DEADLINE September 25th, 2015
Payment must be received before teams will be accepted. Out of town teams will be contacted to confirm hotel bookings thru HBC events before acceptance.
AWARDS Player awards for 1st and 2nd place teams. All teams in ages U7-U10 will receive medals.
GAMES Three (3) minimum.

ELIGIBLE TEAMS Development and Competitive Teams
GUEST PLAYERS Maximum six (6) per team
ROSTER SIZE U11-18 teams are limited to 18 players, U9-10 teams to 12 players, U7-8 teams up to 8 players, & U6 teams up to 6 players. U14-U18 teams may roster up to 22 players but will be limited to dressing 18 players per game.
GOT SOCCER ROSTER GotSoccer rosters need to be accurate by Sunday, October 18th, 2015 at 6 pm
TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN There is no longer a team check-in night. The tournament will only require GotSoccer rosters to be accurate, player passes for U11 teams and up that match the GotSoccer roster, and a medical release form for each participating player. Team Managers are to pick-up pins and certify rosters are accurate at least one hour before team's first game. Futher details will be sent directly to Team Managers (ensure GotSoccer contact information is correct).
CREDENTIALS

All U.S. players and coaches must have a laminated 2015-2016 US Youth Soccer, US Club Soccer, or AYSO player pass with a picture. All players are required to bring a medical release form. Birth certificates are not required. All foreign players must have appropriate identification (team rosters are not acceptable substitute) and a medical release form.

OUT-OF-TOWN TEAMS
  • We will attempt to avoid Friday night games, unless you are in 8 team flight, then you will be notified before hand.
  • Out-of town teams will register Friday from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at Pecos Field
  • For out-of-town teams we will attempt to avoid 8:00 a.m. Saturday games.
  Ahwatukee Foothills Soccer Fest is a "Stay & Play" tournament. We have partnered with HBC Events to ensure all families traveling in for our tournament will have a quality hotel available at a competitive price.  All out-of-town teams must book their hotel through our website to qualify for tournament acceptance. In the event of tournament or division cancellation due to acts of God, inclement weather or other reasons beyond the control of the Ahwatukee Foothills Soccer Club, entry fees will not be refunded.
