CREDENTIALS

All U.S. players and coaches must have a laminated 2008-09 US Youth Soccer, US Club Soccer, or AYSO player pass with a picture. All players are required to bring a medical release form. Birth certificates are not required. All foreign players must have appropriate identification (team rosters are not acceptable substitute) and a medical release form.

OUT-OF-TOWN TEAMS

We will attempt to avoid Friday night games, unless you are in 8 team flight, then you will be notified before hand.
Out-of town teams will register Friday from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at Pecos Field
For out-of-town teams we will attempt to avoid 8:00 a.m. Saturday games.

DISCLAIMER

The Ahwatukee Foothills Soccer Club will not be held responsible for any reason which may affect the game format. In the event of tournament or division cancellation due to acts of God, inclement weather or other reasons beyond the control of the Ahwatukee Foothills Soccer Club, entry fees will not be refunded.
