APPLICATION DEADLINE

October 5th, 2012
Payment must be received before teams will be accepted. Out of town teams will be contacted to confirm hotel bookings thru HBC events before acceptance.

AWARDS

Player awards for 1st and 2nd place teams. All teams in ages U7-U9 will receive medals.

GAMES

Three (3) minimum.

Maximum six (6) per team

ROSTER SIZE

U11-18 teams are limited to 18 players, U7-10 teams to 14 players. U14-U18 teams may roster up to 22 players but will be limited to dressing 18 players per game.

CREDENTIALS

All U.S. players and coaches must have a laminated 2012-2013 US Youth Soccer, US Club Soccer, or AYSO player pass with a picture. All players are required to bring a medical release form. Birth certificates are not required. All foreign players must have appropriate identification (team rosters are not acceptable substitute) and a medical release form.

OUT-OF-TOWN TEAMS

We will attempt to avoid Friday night games, unless you are in 8 team flight, then you will be notified before hand.
Out-of town teams will register Friday from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at Pecos Field
For out-of-town teams we will attempt to avoid 8:00 a.m. Saturday games.

Ahwatukee Foothills Soccer Fest is a "Stay & Play" tournament. We have partnered with HBC Events to ensure all families traveling in for our tournament will have a quality hotel available at a competitive price. All out-of-town teams must book their hotel through our website to qualify for tournament acceptance. Click here for further details.
