2014 Ahwatukee Foothills Soccer Fest
DATES October 17th, 18th & 19th, 2014

$575 for U15 and up
$550 for U12/U13/U14
$500 for U11-eight a side
$450 for U10
$275 for U9-6v6 including goalkeeper
$250 for U7/8 -4v4, no goalkeeper

Credit card payments will have a 2.5% processing fee added at the time of processing.
APPLICATION DEADLINE September 30th, 2014
Payment must be received before teams will be accepted. Out of town teams will be contacted to confirm hotel bookings thru HBC events before acceptance.
AWARDS Player awards for 1st and 2nd place teams. All teams in ages U7-U9 will receive medals.
GAMES Three (3) minimum.

ELIGIBLE TEAMS Development and Competitive Teams
GUEST PLAYERS Maximum six (6) per team
ROSTER SIZE U11-18 teams are limited to 18 players, U9-10 teams to 14 players, U8 teams up to 10 players, U7 teams up to 8 players & U6 teams up to 6 players. U14-U18 teams may roster up to 22 players but will be limited to dressing 18 players per game.
GOT SOCCER ROSTER GotSoccer rosters need to be accurate by Monday, October 13th at 6 pm
IN-TOWN TEAMS Tournament Check-in for greater Phoenix metropolitan area will be required to check in on Wednesday, October 15th, 2014 at The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa in the Las Palmas Room from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Required at check-in is the 2013 Player Registration Certification form, laminated player passes, medical release forms and loan paperwork if you are borrowing players from another club. U6-U8 teams only need medical release forms and proof of registration with AYSA- we will not require player pass.

All U.S. players and coaches must have a laminated 2012-2013 US Youth Soccer, US Club Soccer, or AYSO player pass with a picture. All players are required to bring a medical release form. Birth certificates are not required. All foreign players must have appropriate identification (team rosters are not acceptable substitute) and a medical release form.

  • We will attempt to avoid Friday night games, unless you are in 8 team flight, then you will be notified before hand.
  • Out-of town teams will register Friday from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at Pecos Field
  • For out-of-town teams we will attempt to avoid 8:00 a.m. Saturday games.
  Ahwatukee Foothills Soccer Fest is a "Stay & Play" tournament.  We have partnered with HBC Events to ensure all families traveling in for our tournament will have a quality hotel available at a competitive price.  All out-of-town teams must book their hotel through our website to qualify for tournament acceptance.
